In my experience intuitive practice gives us an idea of and access to how it can feel to dive into the deeply primal wisdom of our bodies. It can give us back trust, ease and flow.

A big big piece in my own journey has been reconnecting to my feminine, to myself as a woman, to my menstrual cycle and womb wisdom. Women have been groomed to be good little tame girls, truly, and I feel the feminine is a missing piece in many women's stories and paths of healing.
